Здравствуйте, а сколько нужно варить варенье малинове по времени? И обязательно ли кипятить 2 раза? Одного не достаточно?

Варят обычно первый раз минут 10 и собирают пенку, а второй раз только доводят до закипания, а затем разливают по баночкам.
