И вообще правильно ли употреблять слово ЕСТЬ? Может лучше говорить КУШАТЬ? Подскажите как будет правильнее. Спасибо.

Правильно будет сказать ЕСТЬ БУДЕШЬ, но КУШАТЬ БУДЕШЬ тоже вполне применимо.
Что касается слова БУДИШЬ - оно несёт в себе другой смысл от слова БУДИТЬ, поэтому в данном контексте оно не применимо и правильно будет употребить БУДЕШЬ.
